Each shipment is supported with an audit-ready document pack, typically including a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and transport document (Air Waybill or Bill of Lading). Depending on destination requirements, we also arrange export declarations, permits, insurance certificates, and product-specific compliance documents.

Certificate of Origin requirements vary by destination. Some countries require it for customs clearance or preferential tariff benefits under Free Trade Agreements, while others accept self-declaration. Our team confirms documentation needs based on the destination before shipment.

Preferential Certificates of Origin allow importers to claim reduced or zero duties under trade agreements. Non-preferential COOs confirm the country of origin without tariff benefits. The applicable type depends on destination regulations and trade agreements.

Commonly used Incoterms include EXW, FOB, CIF/CFR, and CIP/DAP. It is critical to specify the Incoterms version and named place clearly, as risk transfer and cost responsibility depend on it. Clear agreement prevents delays, disputes, and unexpected charges.
